BACCHANAL - crazy party full of drinks, wild music and togas (yeah, thats right, TOGAS!) to celebrate the god of all parties, BACCHUS. The Old Goat was known to loosen the chains of social restraints; hence the namesake of these riotous, pleasure-filled gatherings. And who best to continue the tradition of Bacchus in these modern times, you ask? Why, none other than the Stereotytans, of course! The Greek-mythology-inspired, comic-book-havin', hard rock band, is taking both Earth and Olympus by storm and are putting together a party fit for Tytans and Demigods alike. The event will bring together a cornucopia of musical styles and pop culture, brought to you by artists hailing from all corners of the greater Philadelphia area, and BEYOND! 

Your earholes will be filled to brimming by the hip hop flows of SPELLS (, the folky stylings of Kaytronalia, the high energy, alternative rock of Observe the 93rd, the aggressive, thought-provoking metal of Negative Sky (, the gritty, raw, bluesy-soul rock of Ill Fated Natives (, and the elemental, musical superpowers of the musical experience that is Stereotytans ( And if that ain't enough, some of Philly's best local comic book shops will be on hand to sell their wares AND there's gonna be a full-blown Cosplay Competition for any and all local cosplay fanatics, hosted by J1 Studios!!

The competition will be hosted by Jason Richardson of J1 Studios and Siddeqah Love of Cosplay Philadelphia. Winners will get a gift certificate from Amalgam Comics & Coffeehouse, Inc., a $200 photo shot from Hampton Impressions and much much more! BACCHANAL is going down Saturday, July 8th, 2017 at Kung Fu Necktie, 1250 N Front St, Philadelphia, PA 19122. Doors open at 2 PM and the show will rock the day away until 8 PM. Party-goers are highly encouraged to wear a toga or other Bacchanal inspired costume! And did we mention that it's ALL AGES!! We hope to see you there!
